Magnificent place

Very nice hotel, the staff were exquisite and helpful. We stayed with eight friends on half-board. We found the food and buffet excellent. Lunch baskets were provided for excursions: you could take sandwiches, fruit, and pastries to go. Breakfast included a variety of pastries, breads, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, honey, etc. I'm celiac, so I had no problems; they recommended or made pasta for me as needed. The rooms were spotless, with linens changed daily. The bathrooms in the traditional house were a bit old-fashioned, but perfectly tidy. We've already recommended it to friends. Great location, beautiful architecture

An elegant extension of a traditional Gasthof, the food and breakfast are excellent, and the option of packing a packed lunch from the generous breakfast buffet is a plus. The staff is friendly and willing to provide information; the playroom is lovely for children and adults alike. The rooms (and especially the bathrooms) in the older section are a bit small, but this is offset by the lower price. The only flaw is the somewhat weak internet connection.

August 2017 Vacation

Excellent hotel in every way. I would have preferred to stay in the new building, but I made up my mind too late and they no longer had availability. I hope to be able to book early next year because the new part is truly beautiful.

Relaxing hotel!

Very convenient hotel for exploring the valley, very kind owners, partly new structure, exceptional cuisine, I stayed in the old structure for a week and had a great time, rooms are not large but the hotel is quiet and the quality of sleep excellent!

Happiness, you’re not in the city, long live the mountains!

To paraphrase the famous song by Cochi & Renato, I've already said it all: a place to escape the stress of modern life. Nestled in a peaceful landscape, just a few hundred meters from the busiest (and obviously understatement, considering we're just a few kilometers from the valley's edge) road, this property offers everything you need to unwind, especially in the newly opened section: comfortable, modern rooms, a dining room that helps you appreciate the excellent, tasty cuisine, and a pampering panoramic sauna. And then, thanks to the free bus service (with the Holiday Pass card), you can forget about your car for your entire stay, even if the "real" bus stop is a few hundred meters from the property and not the mere 30 meters described. If you like nightlife, it's not for you; if you're a nature lover searching for the Holy Grail, it's definitely your destination.
