In the restaurant meals are prepared using mostly regional and seasonal products. Products are delivered from within less than 100 kilometres. In summer the owners grow their own fruit, herbs and vegetables, while cheese, berries, forest mushrooms and much more comes from the local farms. Gluten free dishes are also served.
