Relax and enjoy!

We stayed 6 nights at this hotel in a comfort room! We had a wonderful time... the owners and staff are incredibly kind and eager to help. We chose half board, and both breakfast and especially dinner were truly delicious, featuring traditional Tyrolean cuisine! In addition to a holiday pass for free bus and train travel, it included week-long admission to the Cascade swimming pool in Campo Tures, beautiful and perfect for relaxing after a hike! We'll be back and highly recommend it!

The second home

Warmth, friendliness, good food, a private atmosphere – simply a lovely, family-like environment, from the cleaning lady to the chef. All the guests get along, there's good integration with the local residents, and the Zimmerhofer family always has a kind word for everyone.

Very happy!

We spent ten very pleasant days in every way: first and foremost, the kindness of the whole family, the excellent and abundant cuisine, and the enchanting location. We will definitely be back!

Welcoming and excellent cuisine!

We came with our dog. We were treated very well and warmly. The food was excellent, both in presentation and creativity. The only downside is that the dog-friendly rooms aren't renovated, and the bathrooms aren't all that new. Alternatively, you can book an apartment in the annex and still stay half-board. Highly recommended!

Summer 2018 with kids, fantastic!

Family of four with two children, ages 10 and 6. We stayed in the annex, apartment no. 1. The apartment is clean and comfortable, with a front porch for eating, letting the kids play, and sunbathing. The family was very nice and friendly. Bus stop right in front of the apartment. Highly recommended, and we'll be back!

Welcoming hotel with a spectacular menu!

I stayed with my husband, daughters, and dog at this clean, well-kept, and very welcoming hotel with excellent food! The chef is truly a master chef. The owners and staff are very helpful and kind. I recommend it to everyone and will definitely return.

The mountain as I like it

Yes, in the Aurina Valley I found the mountains just the way I like them: lush greenery, high snow-capped peaks offering panoramic views, long but easy hikes, a sunny area with many streams, small, uncrowded villages, and efficient public transport, so efficient that I didn't need a car for my entire stay. Hotel Garber was a pleasant discovery; it felt like I'd always been there. The staff and owners were very welcoming, the cuisine varied and traditional, meticulously prepared and presented, the rooms clean and quiet, and... can you imagine waking up in the morning to the sound of cows in the background?! A special thank you for how they pampered us after my son's cycling mishap on the day of arrival. The hotel's location is stunning, offering views of the entire valley in both directions. The bus stop, which runs every half hour from early morning until late at night, is right outside, making it incredibly convenient. We'll definitely be back.

What a lovely holiday.

The hotel enjoys a prime location in the beautiful Aurina Valley (even though it's on the main road, it's not noisy at all). The owners and staff are incredibly welcoming and professional. The food is also excellent, with truly delicious and beautiful dishes, and the breakfast was perfect, with a wide variety of options. The area is also ideal for taking some lovely, even moderately strenuous hikes. We'll definitely be back.

Perfect vacation

Perfect vacation, lovely property, and very kind owners, available for anything. Delicious cuisine, always carefully prepared and unique, with dishes that are both beautiful and delicious. We stayed with a 2-year-old daughter and they were very helpful with our every need. Highly recommended, especially for its ideal location for fully exploring the beautiful Aurina Valley.

Friendliness and excellent cuisine

The cuisine is far superior to a 3-star hotel, both in quality and presentation. They refilled the buffet before it ran out. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms (at least ours) aren't very spacious. There's no elevator, but they help with luggage (as mentioned, very courteous).

We will return

We spent 14 days in apartment no. 2 in the annex. What can I say... we had a great time, especially since we had our dog with us. He was free to play in the little garden in front of the (brand new) apartment. Perfect for a couple. Highly recommended.

Splendid Aurina Valley

Our nine days in the Aurina Valley at the Hotel Garber were very enjoyable. The Aurina Valley is truly ideal for those wishing to enjoy all kinds of excursions. Our stay at the Hotel Gerber's annex was undoubtedly positive. The owners and staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. I'd point out the truly high-quality cuisine, wonderful meat, and beautifully presented dishes. The only downside? Perhaps the dishes were a bit too salty. The only problem we had was the invasive presence of flies... I recommend mosquito nets to limit the problem. Overall, a great experience.

Short vacation in S. Giacomo

We were welcomed by warm, kind, hospitable, and helpful people. Compliments to the chefs, the food was excellent and plentiful (from breakfast to dinner). We were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely return.

Great week!

We stayed in the residence, 50 meters from the hotel, on a half-board basis. The property is brand new, well-furnished, and extremely comfortable. My wife, our dog, and I enjoyed the tranquility and the garden in front of our apartment, furnished with deckchairs, an umbrella, and relaxing chairs. The hotel's strong point is undoubtedly the food! The traditional dishes are always different and beautifully presented, all complemented by the helpful and kind staff and owners. It's the ideal place to spend a holiday enjoying comfort, gastronomic delights, and unforgettable natural beauty.
