Hotel Sonnleiten 

Hotel Sonnleiten is a family operated business located in Steinhaus in the Ahrn Valley, it is surrounded by 80 Dreitausender (mountains with an altitude of 3000 m or more) in one of South Tyrol’s most beautiful valleys. Today, the Hofer family is operating the hotel with heart and soul in the second generation already.
The friendly colors in our restaurant and breakfast area will make you feel right at home. Depending on the season, dishes are complimented by vegetables and herbs from our own garden. Our new state-of-the-art winter garden invites you to relax and spend some time enjoying the panoramic view.
All of our comfort class rooms have recently undergone remodelling, and we invite you to feel right at home. At Sonnleiten, you can choose between double, family or single rooms, furnished brightly and generously and equipped with: balcony, shower/WC, safe, telephone, flat-screen TV, laptop connection, some rooms also feature a couch and sitting area as well as a writing desk. The rooms range in size from 20 to 28 m². And you can additionally enjoy a beautiful view of the breath-taking mountain landscape of the Ahrntal valley from almost all rooms and on the hotel terrace.
The Hotel has a small but cozy wellness oasis with Finnish sauna, whirlpool, solarium, infrared cabin and quiet room. Guests of our hotel are offered the opportunity to use the entire wellness area in exclusive privacy. You’ll also find following treatments and massages: back massage; classic whole body massage; relaxing foot massage; manicure; massage 133 (relaxing full body massage).
