Weekend in the snow

My husband and I spent a weekend at this beautiful hotel. We immediately fell in love with its warm and welcoming architecture and the helpful and courteous staff, who were always ready to provide us with useful information about itineraries and places to visit during our, albeit brief, stay. The staff knows how to pamper guests, always attentive to their every need. The service was commendable, the cuisine excellent, and the rooms spacious and spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return. We highly recommend it.

Professionalism and courtesy

We stayed for the winter holidays, and despite limited availability, they went out of their way to find a solution to our needs. Professionalism and courtesy were top notch. The staff is also very knowledgeable and always very courteous. The cuisine is the icing on the cake: traditional dishes revisited in a modern context. Breakfast is plentiful and with attention to detail.

Magnificent place

A hotel that deserves

We are very happy with this new hotel in the center of Campo Tures, which we chose for the All Saints' Day long weekend. First of all, the staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. A warm welcome awaited us upon arrival, with explanations, materials available for our stay, and helpful tips for each day. A very well-renovated old building with a beautiful modern dining room in Swiss pine, an ancient majolica stube, and a stunning period cellar. Large, new, functional rooms, with modern and spacious bathrooms. Excellent food, with rich, authentic breakfasts offering a wide selection and quality, and dinners that are always varied and well-served. Discovered almost by chance, it remains a point of reference for our future stays in Campo Tures. Excellent.

Unforgettable holiday

It's hard to find words to describe our experience at this hotel: from the moment we arrived, we were pampered and treated beyond compare. The amenities offered are extensive: from newspapers and magazines available through a dedicated link, to weather forecasts and recommended itineraries on the breakfast table, to the welcome aperitif and the gift upon checkout. They're small things, but they make a difference. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, the beds are large and comfortable, and there are small details that make you feel like you're in South Tyrol. The breakfasts are generous and made with quality ingredients. Having booked half-board, we also tried the restaurant: the appetizers at the buffet were plentiful and, above all, incredibly fresh, and the main courses on the menu were also excellent. We hoped to extend our stay by a few days, but unfortunately they were fully booked. Kudos to the extremely kind staff (especially the waitress who, the second time we went for breakfast, remembered that I'd asked for soy milk the day before and had it ready for me right away, piping hot). You've gained two new customers. See you next year!
