Inaugurated in 1928, during the Second World War it was bombed, rebuilt and expanded: it has been for years one of the best hotels of Claviere.
In 1985 the structure was enriched by the Residence, built with 36 rooms, which made it possible to offer a new type of service for those who did not want to give up either the comforts of home or of a hotel.
In fact in 2020, exactly 100 years after the start of construction, Eleanor and Sara, two women definitely unconventional, manage to make return the Passero Pellegrino to its former initial glory, combining the charm of the past to the design of the contemporary age.

The discovery of an old stove that inspired the name of the "Putagè" restaurant, where you can taste traditional dishes revisited in a modern way.
The lounge bar area, with the old counter, the collection of spirits illuminated by LEDs, welcomes you for a sparkling aperitif with friends or a romantic tête-à-tête in front of the fireplace.
