Perfect vacation

My family stayed at this hotel during the week of Ferragosto. It's a family-run hotel with exceptional customer service. Mrs. Erica, her son, and the entire staff are always kind and attentive to every detail. Breakfast and dinner are always excellent. The view of the Latemar massif is wonderful, both from the room and the restaurant. The pool is suitable for a family with children. Excellent value. A great starting point for excursions, both by bus and car.

Relaxing holiday

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a week. It was a perfect vacation, with enchanting scenery and beautiful hikes. The family-run hotel provided us with every comfort. The food was varied and excellent, and the staff was very kind, especially Erika, who went out of her way to provide us with the information we needed for our excursions. We are completely satisfied and hope to repeat this wonderful experience soon.

This hotel has something more

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for nine days. We had time to appreciate the beauty of the place, with the fantastic experience of dining while admiring the Latemar mountain range at sunset from our table. We enjoyed the excellent cuisine, with the subtle presence of some Tyrolean specialties and delicious, original desserts, made by the chef. We tasted typical local wines, guided by Erika and her son. For those who enjoy a different experience, there are special dinners and excursions (including picnics) masterfully and charmingly organized. But what struck us most was the warm hospitality of the Pichler family (including their sons and daughter-in-law), who run the hotel. This aspect certainly adds a special touch, making this hotel a favorite (or a favorite for those who haven't yet stayed there).

August holidays with the family

We are a family of two adults and three children aged 10 to 14, and we stayed at the Oberlehenhof Hotel for a week. We had a truly wonderful time, and the attention we received from the owner, Mrs. Erica, her husband, and her children who work there was truly remarkable. The hotel is beautiful, the food is excellent, and the activities organized were excellent. Everyone was very kind, friendly, and attentive. We will definitely return.

August holidays in Ega

Stayed as a couple. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always available to provide any information. The welcome upon arrival was excellent, including a welcome cocktail. We really enjoyed the themed evenings (barbecue and candlelight dinner). The hotel's location is excellent, close to the departure points for various excursions. The small town of Ega is also within walking distance. The willingness to accommodate lactose intolerance was greatly appreciated.

Quiet holiday

Beautiful view, clean hotel, very kind and welcoming owner. The food was a bit off our taste (I'm from Romagna), and I would have appreciated a slightly warmer pool. Overall, the Hotel Oberlehenhof is worth a stay. The staff is incredibly friendly.

Optimal

My wife and I stayed there for just one night in mid-July on our way back from Val Badia after searching and booking through the website miaValdEga.it Excellent welcome, excellent room, excellent cleanliness, good food, and customer service. Since it also happened to be my wife's birthday, that evening at dinner the owner set the table adorned with necklaces and good luck charms, and while wishing her a happy birthday, she offered a bottle of wine; a pleasant and appreciated surprise! The price is adequate for the type of structure but not particularly expensive compared to similar structures in other locations. Overall, highly recommended!

A dream vacation under the Latemar

We stayed here the second week of July with our nieces, ages 9 and 5. We were immediately greeted with a welcome cocktail in the beautiful lounge bar. The room, a suite with a valley view and balcony, was perfect: quiet, tranquil, the darkness of the unlit night, and warm wood throughout. The hotel is located slightly away from the small town of Ega, surrounded by other houses, and is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Latemar massif, Lake Carezza (visited at night thanks to Aleksandr and Simone's guided tour), the Bletterbach canyon, and many others. The girls were thrilled, and so were we, with the pool that offered a welcome break from their exertions and the genuine kindness of the owner and all the staff. They always pampered us, with king-size breakfasts (freshly baked croissants that melt in your mouth), candlelit Sunday dinners, and a barbecue in the garden on Wednesdays. A week that flew by, amid breathtaking natural landscapes, friendliness, chats with the guests (mostly German and Austrian), and plenty of options for all tastes.

Great vacation! :-)

We are a family with two children, ages 8 and 10. We stayed at the Oberlehenhof in August. The hotel is in a wonderful location, quiet, outside of town, and the dining room has a view of the Latemar... beautiful :-). Erika, the owner... fantastic, as are Simona, her daughter, and Doris, the waitress. Excellent food, friendliness, kindness, cleanliness, impeccable rooms. The pool is very nice; my children always went in the pool after their hikes, and they really enjoyed it. I recommend this hotel to anyone who, like us, likes to stay away from the city center, especially for the staff and the excellent food. Prices are average. Erika organizes guided hikes once a week... very good because she knows how to involve the children, keeping them with her during the hike, and they feel involved and walk for hours and hours... perfect vacation in every way.
