Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the modern, clean rooms. The restaurant was excellent, and the shuttle service to the ski lifts was excellent. Vincenzo and his staff were truly professional.

I spent three days at this hotel with my family and dog. Everything was perfect, from the room to the half-board, and the wellness area. Special attention was given to the dog, too. We also ate very well.

Ho passato tre giorni in questo hotel con la famiglia e il cane. Tutto perfetto dalla camera, al trattamento della mezza pensione e all’area wellness. Trattamento particolare anche per il cane. Abbiamo anche mangiato molto bene.

We were immediately greeted with kindness, genuine smiles, and attentiveness. We received excellent advice on various excursions and afternoon activities (despite the weather having been poor for several days). Very large spa and really beautiful, modern rooms. Excellent food. Excellent location, a 5-minute walk from the center.

Siamo subito stati accolti con gentilezza, sorrisi veri e attenzione. Siamo stati sempre consigliati molto bene sulle varie escursioni da fare e sulle attività pomeridiane (nonostante il tempo non fosse stato buono per diversi giorni).
Centro benessere molto grande e camere davvero molto belle e moderne. Cibo ottimo. Posizione ottima a 5 min. a piedi dal centro.

I spent a wonderful week at this property. The hotel is newly built. The room is spacious and traditional. Sleeps 4, 2 bathrooms. Excellent daily cleaning. Friendly and helpful staff. The wellness area is also very nice. Superb food.

The experience was excellent. From the manager to the cleaning and catering staff, the service was ultra-professional and distinguished by the personalized treatment of each guest. And what struck us most was the spirit with which they carried out their duties: always, I repeat, always with a smile and a willingness to help us... Ottima l’esperienza. Dal Direttore al personale delle pulizie e ristorazione, un servizio ultra professionale che si distingueva per il trattamento personalizzato ad ogni ospite. E quello che più ci ha colpito è stato lo spirito con il quale svolgevano i loro compiti: sempre, dico, sempre con il sorriso e la disponibilità verso di noi... Solo complimenti... e ancora molti ringraziamenti a tutto lo staff.
