Family hotel

This is our second year here, and this time it was even better! Everything was perfect: spectacular food, warm welcome, and an ideal location. We highly recommend it!

Exceptional

We stayed at this property with our two children and had a truly wonderful time. The staff were kind, polite, helpful, and attentive. The property is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, and enjoys a superb location just steps from the center of Moena. Highlights: Free private parking (paid garage), pets are welcome, top-notch cuisine, and a fantastic indoor playground for children, complete with a soft play area, climbing wall, trail, giant Legos, a ball slide, foosball, and ping pong table. Outside, there's also a small outdoor area with a slide, playhouse, and swing, all fully equipped and perfect for kids! I highly recommend staying at this hotel; you'll leave your heart swarming. Kudos to those who go the extra mile every day to make their guests feel at home.

Family hotel in a quiet and panoramic location, yet close to the center

We appreciated the cool, north-facing room with a balcony and the bathroom with a window. The breakfast and dinners were excellent; the restaurant service was professional, but in my opinion the reception was less so. We're satisfied!

Long live the holiday

The owners and staff are always kind, helpful and professional. We had a great time last year, which is why we came back again this year. Compliments

A very welcoming and family-friendly hotel, with clean and well-appointed rooms. The lady and her daughter pay great attention to detail. The restaurant is very nice and well-managed, and the waiters are very polite. We had a relaxing mini-vacation, thank you.

Hotel in Moena

Very well-kept and welcoming structure, equipped with a double room for 4 people with a balcony. Pleasant and clean environment, a few steps from the center of Moena. Excellent breakfast and dinner, possibility of dishes for intolerances and very friendly staff.

What fun!

Beautiful ski week

The property is located in a quiet location, just a few minutes from the center of Moena. The staff is very friendly and attentive to guests' needs, not least the lovely Vadagnini family who manages the entire property, accompanied by their two adorable four-legged pets. Christmas Holidays

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and had a great time. The owners and staff were very friendly. Perhaps the room for three people was a little small for us.

Family ski holiday

We stayed at the Hotel Ciampian the first week of January, and upon our arrival, we were greeted by the owners with unparalleled warmth, smiles, and hospitality. They even let us have our boxer dog. The hotel is in excellent condition and conveniently located near the police academy, with a convenient shuttle service to the most beautiful ski resorts in the Val di Fassa and beyond. Chef Roberto prepares Michelin-starred dinners while maintaining Trentino tradition. The hotel features well-maintained and welcoming Trentino-style common areas; spacious, clean, warm, and well-furnished rooms, all in Trentino style... a dream place for both families and couples. It has a well-equipped ski and boot storage room with a drying system. Unfortunately, I had a skiing accident that required hospitalization in Cavalese, but Roberto and his family were incredibly supportive of my wife and son, making themselves extremely available to transport my wife to the hospital, retrieve my skis and car from the parking lot near the slopes, etc. Fantastic! It's hard to find such helpful and welcoming people; A true family that makes their guests feel like members of the family. A holiday with unexpected surprises, but a truly unforgettable one thanks to the Hotel Ciampian. Thank you so much!

Nice holiday in Moena

The hotel managers are friendly, kind, and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and plentiful. Furthermore, the location is strategic and the rooms are comfortable.

Snow holiday

We found the staff's hospitality, friendliness, and kindness to be excellent, as were the dinners and breakfasts. There was always a sense of tranquility throughout the hotel, and we also really enjoyed the property as a whole. The room was also good: practical, warm, and clean. Perhaps the only downside was the less than comfortable mattress. Otherwise, I highly recommend it, especially for its excellent value.
