Everything perfect… ten out of ten!

I had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I must say that my expectations were far exceeded. It's not always easy to feel at home when you're away from home, but here at Fiordaliso, it's possible! The staff was friendly and welcomed and pampered me throughout my stay. The room was impeccably clean, and the simple, yet comfortable, suite had everything I needed. The dining services deserve a special mention; at dinner, there was always a wide selection and variety on the menu, and Claudia, the restaurant manager, pampered and spoiled me. Thanks to the manager, Graziella, who is extremely kind and always available! I can't wait to visit you again!

Courtesy, kindness and availability

We went in the summer: high level of cleanliness, quality of furnishings and room service (always clean linens, comfortable beds, large rooms with balconies, friendly and fast table service, excellent quality of food, courtesy of the staff and patience with children and animals, bicycles available). We, and especially the children, became fond of the owners and staff. It's a shame we couldn't stay a few more days; a package like a week (7 days) for the price of 6, like in winter, should be promoted, including a weekly Panorama pass at discounted prices, because even if it's already on promotion, a family like ours can't afford such prices, even though every year we go out of our way to come to Val di Fassa, the most beautiful and well-organized valley in Trentino-Alto Adige.
