I booked this hotel for its value. The single room is quite small, the bathroom is old-fashioned, and it's a shame about the carpet... I don't understand why they even invented it! Aside from the decor, which isn't the reason I came to Val di Fassa, I found the location convenient, the food excellent and well-presented (especially breakfast), the service friendly, and the spa large and clean. I'd love to return!

Ho prenotato questo hotel per il rapporto qualità-prezzo. La camera singola è abbastanza piccolina, il bagno vecchio stile, peccato per la moquette... Non capisco perché mai l’abbiano inventata! A parte l’arredamento, che non è il motivo per cui sono venuta in Val di Fassa, trovo che la posizione sia comoda, il cibo ottimo e ben presentato (specialmente la colazione), servizio cordiale, la spa grande e pulita. Ci tornerò volentieri!

I think the title of my review already says enough about my satisfaction with this stay from February 26th to March 4th. I've visited many hotels in nearly 50 years of stays, both winter and summer, and almost all in Trentino and Alto Adige. Several of them were 4-star hotels with certainly adequate services, wellness centers equipped with every comfort, etc., etc., but never, and I repeat, never, had I combined so many different qualities, and not just those of a three- or four-star category. There is no other area about which I can say anything less than excellent. Structure: certainly far above the 3-star rating it is classified as. Beautiful furnishings, excellently maintained, but above all, very "warm" and welcoming, making guests feel at ease. The wellness center is small, but very welcoming, excellently managed with great attention to detail, and certainly sufficient for the hotel's capacity. Food: excellent is an understatement. I believe, and am certain, that in no other 3-star hotel do you eat so well and with such well-prepared dishes. Hospitality: it's the icing on the cake. Everyone, owners and other staff, is friendly and welcoming. In summary: 110 with honors and a "teacher's kiss."

Penso che il titolo della mia recensione dica già abbastanza della mia soddisfazione provata in questo soggiorno dal 26 febbraio al 4 marzo c.a. Di alberghi ne ho visitati molti in quasi 50 anni di soggiorni, sia invernali che estivi, e quasi tutti nel Trentino e Alto Adige, diversi di questi erano a 4 stelle con servizi certamente adeguati, centri benessere dotati di ogni confort, ecc. ecc., ma mai e ripeto mai, mi era capitato di mettere insieme tante qualità diverse e non solo riguardo la categoria tre o quattro stelle. Non c’è nessun settore sul quale possa dire qualcosa anche meno di ottimo. Struttura: sicuramente molto al di sopra delle 3 stelle con cui viene classificata. Arredamento bello, ottimamente mantenuto, ma soprattutto molto "caldo", accogliente, che fa sentire il cliente a proprio agio. Centro benessere piccolo, ma molto accogliente, gestito ottimamente con grande attenzione e sicuramente sufficiente per la capienza dell’hotel. Ristorazione: dire ottima è poco. Credo, e ne sono certo, che in nessun hotel a 3 stelle si mangia così bene e con piatti ben preparati. Accoglienza: è la ciliegina sopra la torta. Disponibilità e calore in tutti, proprietari e altro personale. Riassumendo: 110 con lode e " bacio del professore".
