Family hotel with excellent value for money

We stayed at the property for a week with two children, ages 4 and 8. The atmosphere was very clean, the room comfortable and bright, and the room had a multifunction shower. The breakfast buffet was generous, and dinner offered a choice of three options for each course for adults, along with a special children's menu (only one option available) with an appetizer buffet at the beginning. Evening service begins at 7:30 PM for everyone. Children are served first, so they can then head to the mini club, where two entertainers offer different activities every day (there's a room where workshops are held, and outside there's a patio with gazebos, a slide, and a swing). This evening service schedule makes dinner quite long, but enjoyable if the kids decide to come downstairs. The dining room is spacious and has quaint furnishings; the other common areas include the bar and the outdoor terrace. On the lower level is the pebble-bottomed pool (not huge, but nice), the family bio-sauna, and the very beautiful spa area for adults. Guests can also use the on-site masseuse every afternoon. Every day, there are guided excursions available for guests. Just down the street from the hotel is a beautiful playground for children. At the reception desk, you'll find Davide, a truly knowledgeable and professional young man. Cosimo and his colleagues will ensure you enjoy a relaxing meal in the restaurant. Kevin and Alessandra will liven up your children's afternoons and evenings.
