Weekend in January

Here in this hotel on the ski slopes, we received a super welcome from the owner who ran the restaurant. I had booked for everyone, that is, 25 people, but those skiing didn't come, and we ended up with 13, although I had thankfully given advance notice. We chose a single menu: venison stew with polenta and mushrooms, and those with food intolerances could choose another. That's what happened. We chose the desserts on the spot, everything was excellent, and the dishes were super tasty. I had Black Forest cheesecake, others had scrambled eggs, buckwheat cake, strudel, and tiramisu.

Fantastic weekend

Very nice and welcoming hotel in an excellent location. The owners and staff are helpful and very friendly. The cuisine is excellent.
