The structure is magic

I stayed for two days with my celiac son. I must say they catered to the culinary needs admirably; for breakfast, it would have been great if there were two gluten-free croissants. Otherwise, the place is magical!

Top stay

The hotel's location is strategic, close to the Buffaure ski lift and exposed to the sun. The food is amazing, both at breakfast with the buffet that ranges from sweet to savory with yogurt, Homemade desserts, fresh fruit, honey, and drinks served from the bar, both at dinner with a buffet and a dinner in itself, offer generous dishes served with style. The spa is really nice, and the pool is fantastic too, with an outdoor exit and a view of the mountains. Impeccable cleanliness everywhere. Very professional and friendly staff. The only small negative note of our room was the bathroom with the sink a little inconveniently positioned in the corner of the room.

Okay!

Extremely clean rooms. Magnificent wellness area, superbly managed by the staff. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of pastries and jams. Dinner was good, although the appetizers could perhaps be improved a bit. Room with balcony, not huge but with all the comforts. Overall, it's an excellent property.

A beautiful holiday!!!

This is my first time on holiday in Pozza. The hotel is truly beautiful and meticulously maintained: everything is elegant and refined, from the wooden ceilings in the lobby and dining rooms to the spectacular wellness center and the unique dishes (I love them!). As soon as we arrived, we were assigned our room: in my opinion, our suitcases could also be carried to the room by an employee... We ate an excellent pizza. The room has some unique features: it's spotlessly clean, the mattress is very comfortable, there are two pillows available, one soft and one firm, the super warm duvet made me feel like I had the one at home, plenty of hangers in the closet, and a makeup mirror positioned at the perfect height for those who aren't Watussi! Maybe they could at least put some water in the mini-bar (for a fee, of course)... The cuisine is good but in my opinion it could be improved. The only thing that could be improved in my opinion is the service in the dining room. To the question: Would you return to this hotel? The answer is definitely yes! See you soon!

After 20 years, still a warm and professional welcome

Everything was excellent, from the welcome, to the rooms, to the breakfast, to the dinner... everything was superb. After 20 years since I last stayed at this hotel, the memory of that time hasn't changed. In fact, the welcome from Mirco and his wife, the relationship with the staff, the comfort of the room, and above all, being reunited with the former owner, who still remembers you and your family after 20 years, deserves a special mention. Thank you for your hospitality and the excellent quality of the cuisine.

Relax

Great location, right in the center of Pozza. I highly recommend the relaxation area; the heated pool is truly comfortable, and in the winter, it's wonderful to be outside in the cold and snow! Dinner and breakfast were top-notch!
