Professionalism and kindness

The hotel is close to the ski lifts. The owners and staff are professional and friendly, always available to help guests. The food is excellent, from appetizers to first courses, main courses, and desserts, with a wide variety of options. The rooms are spotlessly clean!

Holidays in Val di Fassa

This is our first time staying at this hotel, and we had a great time. The hotel is well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and the food is excellent and plentiful, offering a good value. The managers, Nadia and Paolo, were very kind and helpful, as were the rest of the staff. Thank you for your hospitality, keep up the good work, and we hope to see you again. Joanna and Isidore

Hotel Primula Rating

A nice hotel, run by very friendly people, with good food. Overall, worth a try, especially for its convenient location near the center of Campitello di Fassa.

Between friendliness and fabulous views

Excellent location and friendly owners. Four days of complete relaxation, excellent breakfast and dinner. The added value is... Eleonora! We must return!

Ski holiday

Due to its location, we chose the Hotel Primula and booked it for mid-March 2019. The welcome from the hotel manager was very friendly, kind, and inviting. Since we were "only" there for skiing, we didn't need any special treatment like spa facilities, etc. The ambiance is very simple but quite pleasant and nicely decorated. We had a standard double room, which perfectly met our needs. Breakfast was very plentiful and good. Dinner was both visually appealing and delicious. We were pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent. Our car was parked in the hotel's underground garage for a week, with access to the elevator. All in all, we are very impressed with the price-performance ratio. We have also vacationed in 4-5 star hotels where the price-performance ratio was not right in comparison. Unfortunately, we were unable to go on holiday this year, but we will stay there again in 2021 if there is any availability.
