The family-run Hotel Rizzi is situated in Pera, between Canazei and Moena, in the middle of the Fassa Valley at an altitude of 1350mt a.s.l., in the heart of the Dolomites. During its long history it has hosted many famous personalities.
The familiar atmosphere of the hotel and the moderate prices allow everyone and in particular families to spend here a pleasant holiday.
The hotel is situated just 300 m from the ski lifts. It is an ideal starting point for excursions and walks for everyone and for other sports such as trekking, climbing, mountaineering and horse riding. The skibus stop is in about 20 m distance, the ski school and ski rental are also in the immediate vicinity.

Beyond all expectations

We just returned from a week-long stay. What can I say? A simple, old-fashioned hotel, but beyond our expectations. A warm welcome from the owner, Veronika, and from all the staff, from the servers to the cleaning ladies, who are kind and always attentive to the customer. The dinner is excellent, well prepared and plentiful. Excellent location, also close to the bus stop and the new chairlift that takes you to Ciampedie. I recommend it and hope to return soon.

Great price for a dinner

We were looking for a place to have dinner and it was recommended to us by our hotelier (we only had B&B). An appetizer, a first course, a second course, and a dessert, plus a second course for the first course, all at a truly excellent price and delicious! In the morning, our hotel offered a menu of four first courses and four second courses. Fantastic! The hotel is only one star, but the cleanliness and service are excellent. We also asked for a quote for a half-board stay and it was the lowest we found in the area. The hotel's furnishings and decor are very unique, making it feel like you've stepped back in time. A pleasant sensation.

A discovery in Pera di Fassa!

A vacation with friends at this property, where we were greeted with a smile from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful; for the first time, I had a personalized, different dairy-free menu every day (I'm intolerant!). Excellent food, a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The rooms are very simple and the decor is a bit dated, but they're also super clean and warm! The property is very old and charming. Downstairs, there's a bar with lots of board games for kids and a wide selection of drinks. Truly a great holiday for the money spent!

Everything was perfect, from Veronica's welcome, to the friendliness, skill, and kindness of the waitresses, to the super bartender Chiara and the great Mariano. Top holiday: simplicity, more than excellent cleanliness, very good food. Everything very functional and advice on daily destinations.

Satisfied

The staff were very friendly and helpful, even for those of us who weren't familiar with the area. They were very thorough and willing to accommodate personal requests. The strudel made by Veronica's mother was highly recommended. The room was cozy and clean. The property, though dated, is quaint and unique. Excellent value for money... Recommended.

Familiar and caring environment

A good family-run hotel with excellent food. Perhaps a little old-fashioned, but definitely a classic mountain hotel that makes you appreciate even the few moments you're not "out and about." Excellent location for all the wonderful hikes you can do in the valley. Breakfast isn't particularly generous, but it's good! The owners are very kind and friendly. We'll be back!

Beautiful beautiful

We had a wonderful time! The owners are kind, welcoming, and cheerful, and the staff is knowledgeable and professional. The rooms are basic but always clean and tidy. On the other hand, the building dates back to the 17th century and contains some notable architectural features, such as the frescoes in the entrance hall (not yet restored, but you can still glimpse an interesting crucifix). It's also nice to take a tour of the property, which is close to the center, easily accessible, and very close to the ski lifts. You eat very well! We will definitely be back. We take this opportunity to thank Veronika and her lovely dad for everything.
