The main thing I liked was the location: away from the valley traffic, next to two cable cars for accessing different valleys. There's ample parking and a large garden. Standard rooms, good food and breakfast. Staff always available.

Like at home

We spent a few days at this hotel and I must say that they were days where we felt at home. An excellent location for both hiking and cycling, and very close to Trentino's major mountain passes. It also boasts a beautiful garden equipped for relaxing and with a children's playground. A family-run hotel where kindness, politeness, and hospitality are truly at the top of the list, not to mention the extremely helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast is truly superb, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options to choose from. The food is also excellent, with different, delicious dishes every day. Compliments to the Chef! I want to give special attention to the cleanliness, which is truly top-notch; the rooms and bathrooms were spotless, as were the common areas. There is excellent and ample parking available right on the property, and there is the possibility of parking your motorbike in the garage. If I were to return to Val di Fassa, even if it were just for a day, I would definitely come here.

Hospitality, friendliness, professionalism, excellent cuisine for breakfast and dinner.

This is the fourth year we've taken a week-long vacation at the end of June. The warmth and affection we felt upon arrival made us feel even more at home. Giuseppe's professionalism, his knowledge of the area, the technology available to guests, including Wi-Fi and a digital screen at the entrance to navigate the peaks and trails, and his availability to accommodate guests and their requests and needs. Mrs. Cinzia supervises the dining room and room staff and provides support at the front desk; Mr. Antonio, along with his staff, prepares ever more carefully prepared, varied, and delicious dinners; and Mrs. Rosa, who enhances the already generous breakfasts with a variety of homemade cakes worthy of renowned pastry shops. And last but not least, the ability to accommodate disabled guests, including wheelchair users, by removing all architectural barriers with slides, a spacious dining room, and perfectly equipped rooms. Thank you all for making our vacation unforgettable. We'll definitely see you next year!

A second home

Returning every year increasingly means returning to a second home. The staff welcomes guests with utmost helpfulness, sensitivity, and empathy. Special attention is paid to the needs of people with disabilities. The fully equipped rooms are fully usable and accessible, and the cuisine is prepared with passion and dedication, better than at home. The rooms are bright and welcoming. Ideal for a relaxing stay.

As I wrote a few years ago, I stand by my extremely positive review. It's not easy to find a property that combines professionalism, friendliness, impeccable cleanliness, excellent cuisine—in fact, more than excellent—and a strategic location for those wishing to use the adjacent ski lifts. Furthermore, for those like me who enjoy a quiet escape, the location is quiet and secluded, ideal for a relaxing stay. For me, it remains the go-to hotel in Val di Fassa.

Seeing is believing
