Sport, culture and high quality cuisine are top priorities for the whole Mich family, who is going to advise you on how to best discover the valley according to your tastes and passions. Try the mouth-watering delicacies prepared by Chef Gulli, from his breakfast cakes, muffins and cobblers to his handmade pasta. A three course menu awaits you for dinner, including local and national specialties, as well as vegetarian dishes and special recipes for guests with food intolerances.
You can sleep in one of the suites, which have been redesigned in order to offer you a maximum level of comfort, or in the classic rooms, simpler but nonetheless warm and cozy.
In winter you can reach the Ski Center Latemar or Alpe Cermis skilifts in 15 minutes with the free skibus. In summer there is an organized excursion programme designed especially for sporty holiday-makers, which will take you along beautiful paths to the most astonishing mountain peaks, with a spectacular view from above. If you are looking for some fresh air and relax, you can take a guided tour to one of the natural parks of the area and with some luck come back with some tasty mushrooms.
One thing is for sure: you will go home with wonderful memories of your holiday with the Mich family and the whole staff of Hotel Al Cervo.
