The Al Cervo Hotel is everything you need for a relaxing holiday, featuring excellent cuisine and family. Mrs. Lorenza, Giuliano, and Francesca are always available and very kind. All the staff are very friendly and attentive to detail. The freshly squeezed juices in the morning are excellent, and the dinners are always expertly prepared. Our Daniele suite room was comfortable, soundproofed, on 2 floors, and spotlessly clean. A strategic point for organizing excursions in the splendid Val di Fiemme and Val di Fassa. We returned to this property again and once again it did not disappoint! Thank you Mich family and staff, We'll see each other again!

Very clean hotel, kind and welcoming staff

As soon as you enter the lobby, you'll smell wonderful and notice how clean it is. The rooms are equally clean, and although small, the standard ones are very functional and well-appointed. The staff is all friendly and ready to accommodate every need, and both breakfast and dinner are excellent. The wellness area is also lovely, and especially clean and well-maintained. Very satisfied.

Holidays with a capital H

The right compromise of everything, the hotel seems brand new and in fact I think it has been recently renovated. It's hard to say what I liked best. The food is excellent, with a wide selection, and you certainly won't wake up hungry. The cleanliness is impeccable. In fact, I travel a lot for work, and I noticed something I've never seen in other hotels. Especially in the morning, during housekeeping, they place everything you need (like rags) next to each room to clean your room. So, what more could you ask for? You'll certainly be satisfied with the cleanliness, the food, the very well-maintained and beautiful facility, and, last but not least, the location. The Lavazè Pass is just a few minutes away, the San Pellegrino Pass is half an hour away, as is the entire Val di Fassa. I forgot about the kindness; this too is a familiar feature and perfectly complements this beautiful setting.

Stay in Tesero

Arriving in early September, we stayed at the Hotel Cervo for 7 days on a half-board basis. The location was tastefully renovated, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Three different menus were available each evening. We were very satisfied with our stay.

New Year’s Eve 2022/23

I stayed at this hotel, which is in a fantastic location for visiting the Val di Fassa and Val di Fiemme, and is ideal for skiers and hikers. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the owners are truly kind and helpful, as are all the staff. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner was delicious. Free parking is available nearby, or there's a covered garage available for a fee. Highly recommended. Thank you all.

Excellent structure

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The breakfast was plentiful, both sweet and savory. The rooms were clean, new, and very comfortable. The dinner was plentiful and excellent. Kudos to the owners and staff, all friendly and competent. Highly recommended.

Very satisfied

We have stayed at the Cervo Hotel several times, but this year was our first summer visit. We're very pleased with the staff and the delicious food. Special thanks for their commitment to gluten-free cuisine. We highly recommend it. Special praise goes to the collaboration with the region, which is working to make the Fiemme Valley attractive by offering free services such as public transportation, ski lifts, and bicycle rental. Congratulations!

Very nice
