Tranquility, courtesy and comfort

We traveled with two dogs and had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful, welcoming us to a traditional, carefully managed property, very close to the town's amenities and the wonderful bike path, which is also lit at night.

Good memories

I stayed at this hotel with my family and took home fond memories, which were excellent companions during the subsequent lockdown. Warm and professional welcome, beautiful and functional spa, well-maintained rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and top-notch cuisine. I hope to return soon and begin a long, peaceful and positive period there.

Like at home.

The value for money is excellent, and the entire Zancanella family has proven to be exceptional. I've stayed here twice, and both times were very satisfying (if the family happens to read this review, I'd love to hear from them). I just finished filling out the required information but I can't enter the year: I put 2019 but I was there in 2011 and, the previous time, in February 1996 to participate in the Marcia Longa.

Weekend in the snow

Welcoming and spacious rooms, abundant breakfast and dinner. Helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The wellness center is nice, but it needs better maintenance. The sauna had some broken seats, and we found the Turkish bath turned off. On busy days, there's no supervision, so it becomes a water park instead of a relaxation area.

Excellent structure

We stayed six nights half-board, and the welcome was excellent and friendly. The rooms were well-appointed, and the dinner was always excellent, including gluten-free options. The wellness center, with saunas and a Turkish bath, is excellent and even allowed me to "cure" a nagging sore throat I'd brought from home! Excellent facility. Since we are cyclists, they were very accommodating in storing our bikes.

Little Martina’s first trip

Dad Massimo and Mom Debora thank all the staff, especially Mrs. Lucia, who made little Martina's first trip unique. Mom was very worried about her little girl, and Mrs. Lucia made sure those worries vanished. Recommended for those who, like us, take their little ones away from home. Thank you.

Great weekend

The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, the breakfast buffet is plentiful, the dinner excellent and the service discreet. The spa is good.

Very satisfactory stay

Family hotel that makes you feel at home, very pleasant service, good cleanliness and dining room. Good location both for cycling and for skiing, a bit secluded but far from being a drawback; for me is an advantage because it is very peaceful when you have to rest and when you get up you are ready for exercise. In short, it was no surprise because I knew it but our stay was very satisfactory.
