A three-star "S" hotel that surpasses many Superior properties. The atmosphere is clean and well-maintained, the food excellent, and the service impeccable from all the staff. Mrs. Monica, the owner, is always present and attentive to every detail, and it shows. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality service in a hotel that truly has everything you could possibly want for a four-star hotel.

Quality and courtesy.

Welcome and courtesy towards customers. Mrs. Monica and Mr. Guido are special people who are kind and make your stay pleasant. The food was excellent, the rooms were tidy and spotless, and the spa was perfect. What can I say? We'll be back again.

I recommend it

Perhaps a little off the beaten track in the Fiemme Valley, but I recommend it without hesitation, and it's also a great value.

Must try

We stayed at this hotel over New Year's Eve and had a great time. The owners and staff (both rooms and dining area) were very kind and helpful. The hotel is well-furnished. The food was very good. There's a playroom for children. Crossing the street is Villa Monica, where there's a pool, Turkish bath, and sauna... and more rooms. I honestly didn't realize the pool wasn't in the same building, but it's just a few steps away. There's a changing room with a shower and hairdryer; you need to bring a swim cap. A very pleasant stay.

Dolomites dream landscapes

A well-kept hotel with all the comforts. Excellent breakfast with homemade cakes. The location is close to the four ski lifts; we drove there, and the chairlifts were just a few minutes away. The dinner was varied and tasty. The prices were affordable for a family with two children! The indoor pool was a welcome addition for a bit of relaxation.

Weekend cycling between the two valleys

Have a nice stay

We stayed for a week in the second half of July and had a great time. The welcome was excellent, Mr. Guido was always very helpful, the rooms were always very clean, the food was good, and the relaxation area was great. The location was also excellent, with the ski lifts nearby. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Pleasant holiday

We spent a few very pleasant days at the Hotel Italia. The owner was always available to recommend day trips. The food was good, and everything was very clean (our first time in Val di Fiemme). We will definitely be back.

Our first mountain holiday with the kids

We had a fabulous vacation with our children, ages 4 and 10 months. The hotel is very welcoming, spotlessly clean, the pool is fantastic, and the food is equally as good. Monica and Guido were discreet and attentive, always attentive to our needs and especially those of our children (crib, changing table, bathrobe for the baby, kettle in the room, vegetable purees, high chair, backpack...they really provided everything!). Breakfast was plentiful and the menu varied and high-quality. The hotel's location is excellent as a starting point for any excursion. We felt so welcomed by all the staff. My little girl was so pampered that she greeted everyone with, "See you next year!" We really hope to be back! Thank you so much to everyone.

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel. Large, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. Nice spa, although the pool water is a bit cold.
