A hotel with a capital A, if you have small children, this is the hotel for you: they have a fantastic kids' club with highly qualified and attentive staff, as they have to look after children of different ages and nationalities, with very different needs. The room was huge, bright, and very clean, with a wonderful balcony overlooking the slopes. For those who ski, you can ski in and out almost right to the ski room. The hospitality, kindness, courtesy, and professionalism were excellent throughout our three-day stay. Breakfasts were fantastic, and dinner even more so. The dining room staff were attentive to every request and need, professional, courteous, kind, and attentive, just like everyone else at this hotel. The wine list was very well-stocked, and the food was superb, with a kitchen ready to modify the menu for any legitimate request. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff at this amazing hotel for making my daughter and my partner's first ski vacation a true fairytale.

Accoglienza ottima, gentilezza, cortesia, professionalità ci hanno accompagnato per tutti i 3 giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Colazioni fantastiche e cena ancora di più, personale di sala attento a qualsiasi richiesta ed esigenza, professionale, cortese, gentile e presente come chiunque faccia parte dello staff di questo hotel del resto. Carta dei vini molto ben fornita, qualità del cibo superlativa, con una cucina pronta a modificare il menù per una qualsiasi richiesta legittima. Grazie di cuore a tutto l’intero staff di questo strepitoso hotel per aver reso la prima vacanza sulla neve di mia figlia e della mia compagna una vera favola.
