Annalise is also an excellent tour operator; all her excursion suggestions were fantastic; without her, we would have missed so many wonderful things. We asked if we could have canederli and strudel, and she obliged. Breakfast and dinner were excellent: simple, high-quality, and full of flavor. I would have stayed much longer.
