Cucina semplice e molto curata dalla signora Christine, proprietaria della pensione, scelta solo sui primi, ma niente da dire su bontà, qualità (verdure in gran parte coltivate nell’orto dal padre) e quantità.
Ambiente familiare, cortese e molta disponibilità a chiudere il cerchio di un luogo da raccomandare senza remore.
Penso che se riuscirò a tornare ad Ortisei sarà nuovamente la mia prima scelta e di certo la consiglierò a tutti coloro che mi chiederanno info.
