5 stars are not enough to rate the Pralong Hotel. My rating refers to the staff who manage the property; I found them kind, friendly, and understanding. I had to cancel a reservation for family reasons, and they accommodated me in every way possible. THANK YOU. I recommend it to everyone.

Refined hotel in a panoramic position

Located about 2 km from the city center, in a quiet location and well-served by buses, the hotel impresses with its elegant spaces, the attention to detail in the furnishings, the fragrance wafting through the rooms, and... the ceiling that lights up in the dark is truly the best way to instill serenity in guests. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent cuisine, small free wellness center (only for sauna and Turkish bath), parking in front of the building.

Highly recommended

Very well-kept and clean hotel, excellent value for money. The manager's advice was valuable and precise, and he was always available. The food was excellent. The only thing that could perhaps be improved a little, in our opinion, is breakfast: the buffet wasn't always replenished once it was finished, even though it was still quite early.

Great experience

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel, located just steps from the center of Selva. We are a family with two children and were assigned a suite consisting of two beautiful connecting double rooms and two bathrooms, both new and clean. The staff is very friendly, and the food is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Very comfortable stay

This establishment is highly regarded for its comfortable, welcoming, and clean rooms and for the warm yet professional service at both breakfast and dinner, both of which were excellent in quality and selection (though one flaw: water at dinner was a bit pricey). Its location on the road didn't prove to be a problem, as there was no traffic from dinner to breakfast. Its proximity to the center of Selva, just a few minutes' walk away, and the reserved parking allowed us to not use our car for our entire week-long stay. In short: highly recommended!

Family group in Val Gardena

Excellent hotel, in a quiet area yet close to the center. The owners were kind and professional. It was a perfect stay; we'll definitely return at the first opportunity. They provided precise and timely suggestions for excursions in this beautiful valley. Kind regards.

Nice holiday

I spent four days at this hotel for Ferrragosto. I appreciated the location, the food, and the kindness and helpfulness of the owners. The room with a balcony was also lovely. I recommend it to everyone.
