The ski in/ski out access to the slopes offers hotel-guests direct access to the Dolomite Superski area, with a ski lift just behind the hotel... A real paradise for those who love wintersports.

Cleanliness, courtesy, availability

I stayed at Hotel Serena last week with my partner. We had a wonderful time: spotlessly clean, welcoming, excellent food, and courteous staff who were always available to answer any questions. The appetizer buffet was excellent, and the desserts were always freshly baked! The wellness center isn't huge, but it's clean, well-organized, and equipped with all the comforts you need to relax after a day of trekking. Well-kept rooms and spaces. Great location. Excellent value for money. We felt right at home, we recommend it to everyone!
