Excellent holiday, welcome, room and food. A hotel worthy of several stars, with a room equipped with every comfort, excellent meals featuring regional cuisine and more, and a welcoming and punctual welcome from the owners, who provide helpful explanations and advice.

We always return with enthusiasm. We love seeing everyone's warmth and helpfulness when you arrive, a warmth you never expect but always hope to find. Knowing that if you don't want to use your car, you have access to public transportation to every valley, and if you want to use the cable car or chairlift, you just have to look around and they're all available and in working order is a wonderful feeling. The hotel is in an ideal location because it's close to the center, close to every service listed above, and the staff are incredibly friendly, clean, and the restaurant service is excellent. The food is excellent. The rooms are very nice and clean, with views of the mountains or the city center. We have everything to praise, and if this is the third year we've returned to the same hotel, that says it all.

Terzo anno che soggiorniamo in questa ottima struttura...
Noi torniamo sempre con entusiasmo, ci piace vedere che quando arrivi hai la cordialità di tutti quanti e la disponibilità che una persona non chiede mai, ma che spera di trovate sempre. Il sapere che se non vuoi usare la macchina hai a disposizione i mezzi pubblici che portano a ogni vallata e se invece vuoi usufruire della cabinovia, o seggiovia hai solo da guardarti attorno a dovi ti trovi e li hai a tua disposizione e tutti funzionanti, è una bellissima soddisfazione... L’albergo è in una posizione ottimale perché è vicino al centro, è vicino a qualsiasi servizio sopra elencato, si trova un’ottima cordialità, ottima pulizia, ottimo servizio al ristorante, ottimo mangiare... camere molto belle e pulite, con vista verso le montagne, o verso il centro... abbiamo da elogiare tutto quanto e, se è il terzo anno che torniamo allo stesso albergo, è detto tutto.

We stayed at this hotel and I have to say everything was perfect; the room was huge, spotlessly clean, and had a mountain view. We enjoyed the restaurant, where we enjoyed excellent cuisine, even suitable for children. There's nothing to complain about, Val Gardena is once again confirmed as the best place to spend a snow holiday.

Ottima posizione, gentilezza e cortesia
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e devo dire che tutto è stato perfetto; stanza enorme, pulitissima con vista monti. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio ristorante dove abbiamo potuto apprezzare un’ottima cucina adatta anche ai bambini.
Nulla da eccepire, la Val Gardena si riconferma il miglior posto dove trascorrere una vacanza sulla neve
