A wonderful discovery in a valley we'd never visited before. Attention to detail throughout the hotel; impeccable cleanliness; refined cuisine and meticulous presentation. The valley is brimming with options, and the staff is always available to provide information.

"Time for me"

I used the Pircher family's motto, "Time for Me," as the title of this review. It's truly fitting, after a year of hectic life! We were greeted with an excellent welcome, complete with a welcome drink. The owner, very friendly and courteous, explained everything we needed to know about the property and the opportunities to visit the valleys. The room was stunning, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The food was excellent, with the option of a late breakfast. Breakfast was very well prepared and plentiful, perhaps with a small addition of sweet items for those accustomed to a traditional Italian breakfast, but it was excellent nonetheless. The Pircher family is very friendly and always available for any requests. A special thanks goes to all the staff, always kind and very professional, who helped make our stay unique and relaxing. The pool was clean and well-kept, as was the rest of the relaxation area, including the one on the fourth floor, which also boasts a panoramic view. We highly recommend this property, and we will definitely return. The Martello and Venosta Valleys are definitely worth visiting.

A beautiful week

Not knowing the Venosta Valley well, and loving cycling and mountain hiking, my children and I chose this welcoming hotel located in the Martello Valley, a side valley of the Venosta Valley, which begins around the height of Silandro. I must say that I have never made a more appropriate choice. It's also an opportunity to visit and experience the stunning Val Martello, rich in natural beauty and unique for its vegetable and fruit plantations, especially the sweetest strawberries from April to October, given the cool but sunny climate. The hotel offers convenient and free parking, clean and spacious rooms with balconies, an indoor pool with hydromassage, a sauna, and a UVA cabin with a beautiful, modernly renovated relaxation room. Impeccable service, with the polite and measured manner of South Tyroleans (in August, the clientele is predominantly Italian). The owner, Gunther, was very kind in immediately sending me some documents, which were left in my room. The dinner, offered by his charming wife, Sonja, was superior, and the dishes were beautifully presented. Appetizer, two first courses, and a choice of second courses, plus dessert. Those who are hungry can enjoy a second course, free of charge. Breakfast is generous, both continental and non-continental. Self-service cappuccino from the machine, which grinds the coffee on the spot, is as good as at the bar. The buffet features baskets of strawberries, which we gorged on and bought a box before leaving. The only small drawbacks are the roadside location, which is quiet, and the distance from the village, which is a 3km uphill walk. In the evening, if you wish, it's best to head to Silandro. I find the water a bit pricey, while the wines (good) are in line with the tourist area. I highly recommend this property, preferably from July until mid-September if possible.
