Excellent. Welcoming and comfortable for those who love skiing.

During our stay since December 8th, we experienced no inconveniences or problems because everything is well organized, well-maintained, and managed. The staff and management were extremely courteous and helpful, right from our first contact with the receptionists. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed, with new, spacious bathrooms. The wellness center is beautiful and well-equipped. Every area and every item (sheets, towels, and all dining room supplies) are meticulously cleaned. The location is ideal for those who enjoy skiing from the early hours of the morning. The ski bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the hotel, with the first bus leaving at 8:20 a.m. and arriving at the Daolasa cable car station in just a few minutes. The food is excellent, and the overall value is equally good. An experience worth repeating.

Large room, helpful staff and strategic location

A delightful hotel with spacious, comfortable, bright, and recently renovated rooms. The food is excellent, as is the hospitality: the staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is strategic for exploring Val di Sole and the surrounding area, yet far from the hustle and bustle. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent stay, highly recommended

We are a family of six and spent New Year's Eve week at the hotel. The staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The international breakfast and set dinner menu offer a wide selection and are very good. The bar area has a TV and board games. Large lounge with ping pong table, TV, pinball machine, foosball, and billiards. There's also a playroom for younger children. The spa area is accessible to children aged 15 and over, offering a wide range of treatments. It's well-maintained, clean, and features an indoor pool with a whirlpool and professional staff. Excellent location with a shuttle to the gondola lift, which stops in front of the hotel entrance. Heated ski storage. Ample covered and uncovered parking.

Holiday ok!!!!

Summer vacation spent with my family and some friends. The hotel's location in the center of Val di Sole is excellent, allowing you to visit the attractions of Val di Non without spending too much time. The rooms are new, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There's a lovely wellness area and pool (also accessible to children). The food is excellent: a varied breakfast buffet with homemade sweet and savory dishes, and a delicious dinner with three different menus. I'd like to offer a small tip, because in my opinion, a room for four people definitely needs more than one hook for towels and clothes. I'd definitely return.

Beyond expectations

Recommended for families with young children who don't need to be in the town center for bars, aperitifs, etc. We stayed in a recently built annex adjacent to the hotel. It's very comfortable, with an excellent relaxation area with a sauna and chromotherapy pool. The ladies at the restaurant are extremely kind and helpful, always smiling, starting at breakfast. Tip: For dinner, I'd avoid the appetizer buffet and the resulting crowds. It's better to have an appetizer served at the table like the rest of the meal.

A nice surprise...

For relaxation, there's an excellent sauna and pool, as well as a garden area outside the pool. Excellent sweet and savory buffet breakfast, including yogurt, fruit salad/fruit, and juices. Dinner offers a wide selection of three first courses or three second courses. Very clean and spacious room with two bathrooms...

Friendliness of the staff

The hotel's location is beautiful, allowing me to easily reach the starting points for excursions, following the hotelier's helpful advice. The cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the kitchen, was excellent. Truly relaxing days.

Everything OK

The hotel is welcoming and just a few steps from the departure point of the cable car for the most beautiful DH slopes and also from the beautiful cycle path. Our newly renovated room was very beautiful!

Relax, welcome and comfort

I stayed at the hotel at the end of July for a short vacation with my husband and 5-year-old daughter. The junior suite we were assigned is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. All the staff were very kind, both before our arrival and during our stay. I really appreciate their attention to our little girl's dietary needs; the cuisine is varied and carefully prepared, with generous portions, both at breakfast and dinner. The relaxation area is comfortable, and the treatment staff are knowledgeable. The Opportunity Card offer was greatly appreciated.

Marvelous!
