Everything very welcoming

Small, very convenient hotel in the center of Pinzolo, just a 10-minute walk from the ski lifts. Comfortable hotel, rooms not overly large but welcoming and clean. Very good dinners, friendly and efficient staff and managers, who accommodated all our requests.

Exceptional stay

I stayed at the Hotel Alpina with my family (including an 18-month-old baby) from January 31 to February 3. Everything was truly exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food excellent, and the rooms clean. We will definitely be back. Congratulations!

An excellent hotel!

I was looking for a quiet, welcoming, and pleasant place to spend three days in the mountains, and this hotel met my expectations perfectly, without having to spend an exorbitant amount. From the very beginning, after contacting the hotel staff by email, I knew I'd found the right place, thanks to the reception's prompt and helpful service and the excellent offer they offered me. The hotel's location is exceptional, in the center of town, close to the ski slopes and the town's buzz. Upon arrival, I was greeted with wonderful kindness by the staff, who immediately offered to leave my bags in the lobby, so I could get along better throughout the day. In the evening, I returned to the hotel to get ready for dinner. The room was super cozy, clean, and above all, warm! Afterwards, I went downstairs for dinner, which was truly beautifully laid out! All three evenings, dinner was excellent, with fresh, high-quality ingredients, both in the generous buffet and in the courses. The same was true for the morning breakfasts, which were truly delightful. After dinner, you could head to the hotel bar to mingle and enjoy the serenity. The hotel's strong point, however, is its staff: from the managers to the maître d', to the restaurant waitresses, everyone was admirably kind and helpful! Truly my heartfelt congratulations and thanks to Hotel Alpina and its team!

Great New Year’s Eve in Pinzolo

A beautiful New Year's weekend spent on the snow in Pinzolo. The hotel's central location is ideal for visiting the town and is close to the ski lifts. We really enjoyed the food and bar. See you on your next vacation! Advised.

Hotels to visit for a nice holiday

This is our first time at this hotel, and we had a wonderful eight days between August and September! The owners, the staff, the chef—everything was truly excellent. The owners are incredibly helpful, always smiling, always checking in with us to see if everything was okay. The wait staff was excellent, helpful, and extremely kind. They were quick to serve and always ready to accommodate our requests. I highly recommend this hotel, and I hope I'll be healthy enough to return next year. Thank you all for your kindness and for making us feel truly at home. Thank you.

Great holiday in Pinzolo

Weekly summer stay in Pinzolo. Excellent 3-star hotel in the center of town. The Collini family welcomed us warmly, and the rooms were renovated and quiet. We stayed for a week, during which we took several excursions throughout the area: Val di Genova and Vallesinella are not to be missed! We will definitely be back next summer!

Nice weekend in Pinzolo

An excellent option in the center of Pinzolo. We stayed for a weekend, receiving helpful information for our excursions from the owners, who were very helpful and welcoming. The food was excellent. The bar and lounge on the first floor are furnished in a typical Alpine style. The hotel fully complies with all COVID-19 prevention measures: masks, hand sanitizer, and excellent housekeeping. Hospitable family and excellent services

We stayed at this property with two children, aged 5 and 6, for six nights on a half-board basis, and I must say that choosing this hotel made our holiday unforgettable. Stay in Pinzolo

We stayed at this hotel located in the center of Pinzolo the last weekend of January 2020: a double room with half board. The assigned room had new furnishings, a balcony and a large bathroom. Excellent central location and still not far from the ski lifts. The cuisine is refined and authentic, and the bar and TV room on the first floor are very welcoming. Advised!

Great late summer vacation

Located in the center of the town of Pinzolo. Excellent cuisine, recently renovated rooms, and the owners are very available for information and curiosities about the area. We chose it as a base for our day trips to the Brenta Dolomites and the Adamello-Presanella mountain range. Ideal!

Stay in Pinzolo

Everything was as expected: an excellent hotel located in the center of Pinzolo. Ideal for both skiers and non-skiers. During our stay, we also took the opportunity to go on some long hikes: the walk in Val di Genova was wonderful! (Recommended by the hotel owner). The food was excellent!

A typical Alpine hotel located in the center of Pinzolo, chosen for its central location. We stayed here for a few days to experience the slopes of the Pinzolo - Madonna di Campiglio - Folgarida Ski Area. The family management is evident in every aspect of the property: the Collini family personally oversees every aspect of your holiday. Spacious common areas, such as the ground-floor bar and the first-floor TV room, ensure that all guests find their own space to spend time together (perhaps with a delicious hot chocolate). A final note on the food: delicious and plentiful! Recommended!
