Exceptional staff

Excellent experience! The staff is exceptional and goes out of their way to please customers. Friendly and helpful! One of the ladies would hum softly every now and then in the morning, spreading a good mood and positivity. Everything was perfect, except, in my opinion, the fitness area, which I found a little dated.

Opinion about the whole structure

My wife and I couldn't find a single negative thing about our stay. From the hospitality, to the buffet (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), to the rooms, to the staff: Mrs. Flavia and Mrs. Elena at the restaurant, and especially the owners, Tito and his son, Riccardo. Everything was exceptional.

Satisfied!

Even though our stay was very short, we were satisfied with the welcome and the services offered by the hotel. The staff were very friendly and available to accommodate our requests. The breakfast buffet was also much appreciated!
