Everything is wonderful

Exceptional vacation. We stayed with our one-year-old daughter. What can I say, everything was fabulous. From the kitchen to the playground. Mrs. Marisa is always available during mealtimes. Excellent mealtime arrangements, even for the littlest ones. Bibs for children are also available in the dining room. And then there was the legendary marmot Palu, who stopped by to say hello in the evening during dinner. After dinner, there was entertainment and a kids' dance. Plus, they gave us a free Trentino card, which allowed us to use public transport like buses, chairlifts, and cable cars for free, which is no small feat. Everything was wonderful. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

Cleanliness and kindness

A truly welcoming hotel. The staff were very friendly and polite, and above all, everything was perfect for children (we have three little ones). The play area and pool for children were truly exceptional.

Fantastic New Year’s Eve

A truly welcoming hotel, with extremely friendly and attentive staff. A strategic location for skiing, with the ski bus stopping right outside. Excellent food and excellent wine cellar. Comfortable and cozy rooms.

The hotel's strategic location allows you to embark on a bike ride, explore the lakes and castles, or reach the ski lifts recommended by the helpful and courteous staff! The room is quiet and welcoming, meticulously clean and tidy. Full board includes a September wellness offer, free access to the gym, pool, and sauna. Children's entertainment and a traditional Trentino dinner are also provided. A regenerating encounter with nature is offered, along with an unparalleled Kneipp therapy.

Short stay August 2018

Everything was positive, from the very friendly staff to the restaurant service with excellently prepared dishes, the cleanliness, the pool for children as well as the adults' pool, the children's entertainment, the strategic location near the train station, and finally the truly beautiful and magnificently maintained grounds with very interesting landscapes and excursions. Excellent rating!

Everything perfect!

Excellent for cleanliness, large and bright apartment, and stunning views from the windows. The house is fully equipped. Convenient location, right in the center of town (Mezzana). Very kind and helpful staff. Wonderful vacation. We'll be back!

New Year’s Eve weekend

Fantastic place for its location and for the excellent welcome, cleanliness, friendliness and cuisine. A very well-organized hotel for both adults, with a spa area, pool, gym, and beauty center, and children, with a very friendly entertainer and a really nice play area. The small water park inside the hotel is truly brilliant; the kids had a blast. Excellent experience to be repeated for sure.

Ski Week February 2017

We stayed at the hotel for a skiing holiday, two adults and a child. The owners were very helpful and the facility was worthy of a relaxing holiday, especially for the services offered inside and the ski bus service with a stop in front of the hotel. We will return.

Excellent location, cleanliness, courtesy and top availability!

We're back from a week in an apartment at the Hotel Val di Sole. Two families with four children aged 2 to 7. The apartments are very spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. The washing machine and dishwasher work perfectly, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel staff is always friendly and helpful; they even provided us with oil, vinegar, and lemon (we cooked in the apartment) and a salad from their garden that was simply delicious! Children can enjoy the pool and both indoor and outdoor playgrounds. My only complaint is that the entertainment staff should have taken more initiative... luckily, the hotel offers so much that the kids had a great time anyway! We also had the "Seven Dwarfs Week" for the kids, which was offered free of charge through the hotel. The kids had wonderful experiences, all tailored to their needs. The hotel's location is also strategic, allowing you to reach the area's many attractions in just a few minutes. All in all, I have to say we're all super satisfied and will definitely be back next year!
