My Arbor***** is a tree hotel, built on stilts, high up in the tops of the surrounding trees [Latin: arbor, English: tree]. A refuge on the tree-covered mountainside of the Plose, in the middle of nature. Located just 10 minutes from Brixen, the hotel opened in May 2018. It is dynamic and modern in its architecture and the services offered to guests, yet firmly rooted in the traditions and values of the region. My Arbor makes the four seasons perceptible and tangible, which make the Plose and the Eisacktal a varied year-round destination. As the hotel name suggests, the My idea plays an essential role. My Arbor guests are invited to find there what often comes up short in hectic everyday life: time for themselves and the greatest possible freedom for their own rhythm. Guests can design their time individually: breakfast until noon. Swimming after sunset. Yoga or hiking. Massage or skiing. Culture in the bishop’s town of Brixen. Biking or shopping. The I may simply be I. At the tree hotel on the Plose.

I am sitting, completely relaxed, in the view corner of my 46 m² Hangout Suite. I am reading. In theory. But the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the Eisack valley keep distracting me. I stretch and walk onto the balcony. I breathe deeply in the fresh air.

Sometimes I love looking at the world from a different angle. Perspectives also change in my Treetop Suite. 100 m² of space where I can look from the view corner or terrace with an outdoor whirlpool over the treetops to the south, far into the distance.

I am lying in the cosy and soft box spring bed of my south-facing 38 m² double room (also for single use). From the view corner with large panoramic windows and the balcony I let my eyes wander across the surrounding mountains and the Eisack valley.
