In the morning we will welcome you in our lounge and panoramic dining room with a generous breakfast buffet of sweet, fresh and hearty treats. Help yourself to oven-fresh rolls from the local bakery, a wide range of jams, South Tyrol honey, fresh meats, muesli and diet foods, a colourful array of fruits and fruit juices.
Evening meals to tickle your taste buds... the kitchen team serves a four-course set menu with salad bar, choice of two starters, main dish and dessert. Particular highlights include fish on Fridays, candlelit dinners, our Tyrol evening, Eisacktal and Italian specialities and barbecue evenings in summer. If something is not to your taste, just let the team know – they will be happy to make you an alternative dish. They also cater for gluten free, vegetarian and vegan diets. You are advised to speak to the kitchen team in person!
The Almencard PLUS includes the use of the Gitschberg-Jochtal cable cars.
The card enables the owner the use of all public means of transportation belonging to the South Tyrol Integrated Transport Network:
• Regional trains (not Eurostar/Intercity) in South Tyrol (Brennero – Trenot, Malles/Mals – San Candido/Innichen)
• All town and extra-urban bus services
• The cable cars to Renon/Ritten, Maranza/Meransen, San Genesio/Jenesien, Meltina/Mölten and Verano/Vöran
• The narrow-track railway on the Renon/Ritten Mountain and the cable railway up to the Mendola/Mendel Mountain
• One return journey using the Swiss Post Bus from Malles/Mals to Zernez
