At SILENA, the surrounding natural landscape is combined with a relaxing design indoors. The ever-repeating pattern of stylised bentgrass and cottongrass of the Vals high elevation moor, marsh plants, dragonflies and origami birds together convey the harmonious reciprocity between Southeast Asia and South Tyrol.
Participation in sessions such as yoga will help clear your mind. If you like, you can also exercise outdoors and come for a deep-breathing hike.
All studios and suites are characterised by the use of defining Far Eastern elements with a contemporary finish and the combination with materials from South Tyrol, such as pine wood and smoked oak.
Highlights is the soulful spa with infinity pool, saunas, rest rooms and fireplaces at garden level and on the rooftop. A 40°C onsen infinity pool can be found on the roof terrace.
The cuisine combines local nature with Southeast Asian influences to create soulfood. The ingredients are products sourced from South Tyrol and from the own cultivation.
The decor of the Southeast Asian tea bar is an intriguing contrast between light-coloured stone and dark wood, the far and the near, the cosy and the rectilinear. It is here in SILENA that Asian teas are served alongside infusions of herbs from South Tyrol.
