Fantastic week
We spent a week at the Alpino Lodge, at Passo Eira, on a half-board basis, and we can honestly say that it was a truly wonderful experience. The cleanliness was superb throughout. Our room was welcoming, well-maintained, and equipped with extremely comfortable beds, perfect for relaxing after days spent in the mountains. The rich and plentiful breakfast offered both sweet and savory options, featuring excellent local produce. The cuisine certainly deserves special mention: dinners were always exquisite, thanks to the chef and his entire staff, with carefully prepared dishes and generous portions. The dining room staff also deserves high praise: kind, discreet, professional, and always attentive. Special mention goes to Elison, always impeccable in the dining room, and to Emilio, a skilled and helpful driver. We also greatly appreciated the excursions organized by the property, always well-planned and conducted under the supervision of the excellent mountain guide Epi, with the invaluable support of Tony and Christian. Their expertise, friendliness, and attentiveness made every experience even more wonderful. And then the spa: simply out of this world! The pool overlooking the mountains is truly spectacular and the perfect way to unwind after a day outdoors. Thanks to all the staff, always kind, smiling, helpful, and tireless. A special mention goes to Katia at the front desk, always ready with helpful advice and suggestions to make the most of your stay. We also participated in some of the extra events organized by the hotel, such as the pizzoccherata and the Ferragosto barbecue, both of which were very well organized and truly enjoyable. In short, at Alpino Lodge we found hospitality, professionalism, excellent cuisine, cleanliness, relaxation, and a great deal of attention to guests. It's rare to find a facility where every aspect contributes so much to making a holiday special. Thanks again, from the bottom of our hearts, to all the staff for this wonderful week. We left wanting to return: and this is perhaps the best review we can leave!

Settimana fantastica
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana all’Alpino Lodge, al Passo Eira, con trattamento di mezza pensione e possiamo dire con assoluta sincerità di aver vissuto un’esperienza davvero splendida.
La pulizia è stata superlativa in ogni ambiente. La nostra camera era accogliente, curata e dotata di letti comodissimi, perfetti per riposarsi dopo le giornate trascorse in montagna.
La colazione, ricca e abbondante, proponeva sia dolce che salato, con ottimi prodotti locali. Una nota di merito va sicuramente alla cucina: le cene sono state sempre squisite, grazie allo chef e a tutto il suo staff, con piatti curati e porzioni generose. Anche il personale di sala merita un grande elogio: gentile, discreto, professionale e sempre attento. Una menzione speciale va a Elison, sempre impeccabile in sala, e a Emilio, bravissimo e disponibile come autista.
Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche le escursioni organizzate dalla struttura, sempre ben curate e svolte con la supervisione della super guida alpina Epi, con il prezioso supporto di Tony e Christian. Competenza, simpatia e attenzione hanno reso ogni esperienza ancora più bella.
E poi la SPA: semplicemente spaziale! La piscina con vista sulle montagne è qualcosa di davvero spettacolare e rappresenta il modo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata all’aria aperta.
Un ringraziamento a tutto il personale, sempre gentile, sorridente, disponibile e instancabile. Una menzione particolare a Katia alla reception, sempre pronta con consigli e suggerimenti utili per vivere al meglio il soggiorno.
Abbiamo inoltre partecipato ad alcuni degli eventi extra organizzati dall’hotel, come la pizzoccherata e la grigliata di Ferragosto, entrambi organizzati benissimo e davvero piacevoli.
Insomma, all’Alpino Lodge abbiamo trovato ospitalità, professionalità, ottima cucina, pulizia, relax e tanta attenzione verso l’ospite. È raro trovare una struttura in cui ogni reparto contribuisce così tanto a rendere speciale una vacanza.
Grazie ancora, di cuore, a tutto lo staff per questa bellissima settimana. Siamo partiti con la voglia di tornare: e questa, forse, è la recensione migliore che possiamo lasciare!
