Hotel Genziana lies in a charming position, on the Stelvio pass, at 2758 metres above sea level. Although the hotel has been recently renovated with extra comforts, it has not lost its former charm as a characteristic old mountain stone building (the evocative house actually dates back to 1935). During your stay you can easily reach the villages and valleys that surround the slopes on the Ortles Glacier. Places that form the Stelvio National Park and the adjoining Swiss National Park in Engadine. You can enjoy fascinating excursions on foot or go by car to Bormio, Prato allo Stelvio, Val Monastero, a very picturesque valley with a lot of monuments to see. For those who prefer sunbathing the Genziana Hotel has a 230 sq metre solarium with an exceptional view of the surrounding mountains.
