Our holiday house is located in Kaltern’s district of S. Antonio/St. Anton, in a very quite position a little bit outside of the village center (about 20 minutes walking distance). The location offers an ideal starting point for numerous and extensive hiking tours.

The newly built Nofnerhof is located in an absolute panoramic position in Appiano, surrounded by vineyards with magnificent views of the mountains, residences and castles. It is an ideal starting point for hikers and e-bikers.

Here you will find peace, relaxation, and plenty of space for a restorative vacation! The comfortable apartment is located above the historic village of St. Pauls, amidst vineyards. The tranquil, sunny location and the fantastic panoramic view over St. Pauls towards Bolzano.

This farm is surrounded by the vineyards typical of Caldaro. You won’t forget the breathtaking view of the centre and the Mendola mountains. In addition, all guests are entitled to free access to the Lake Kaltern beach. You can park your car in the parking area of the farm.
