The Mayrhof is located 730 m above sea level between the mild climate of Merano and the mountains of the still original Ulten Valley. It is also easily accessible by public transport. The house offers spacious double rooms and apartments.

Located in the picturesque South Tyrolean mountain village of S. Nicolò/St. Nikolaus in the Ultental Valley, the St. Nikolaus Guesthouse is just a few minutes’ drive from the Schwemmalm hiking and skiing area and about 30 minutes’ drive from the spa town of Merano/Meran.
