The Schlernhaus is located at 2457m on the high mountain plateau of the Schlern, symbol of South Tyrol. Framed by the Lang and Plattkofel, the Rosengarten chain and the Latemar, the mountain hut looks like a castle to walkers as they make their way towards it.
The Gasser family has been offering mountain lovers a well-earned rest, wholehearted hospitality and comfortable accommodations since 1976. Until 1988 Hilda and Rudolf, and since 1999 Silvia and Harald, have provided sparkling-fresh surroundings, friendliness and, last but not least, good food and new ideas to run the guesthouse with the greatest of commitment.
