Return to the refuge

We first visited this refuge in 1995, while hiking through the Ciamin Valley. We returned in August 2017 from the Tires Refuge. It's still a beautiful place. It's a great starting point for the Passo Principe Refuge, then on to the Antermoia Refuge with its lake of the same name, or for a tour of the Catinaccio Group. In short, a hike for those with strong legs and who love mountains without lifts. Very kind managers and top-notch hospitality. It's a shame we couldn't stay the night. I recommend it.
