Col Pradat Lodge
In 1920 the pioneer Ernst Happel found a tranquil lodge at the foot of Mount Sassongher. As this "secret tip" immediately spread, the small lodge quickly became no longer suitable for its many visitors, and so over time was turned into a modern lodge, the Col Pradat Lodge. In the summer, a ride to the Col Pradat Lodge is very pleasant either via the ski lift or by mountain bike (free parking available at the valley station). You can make it to the lodge on foot via different routes of varying levels of difficulty. In winter you can come directly to the Col Pradat Lodge on your skis or with a short walk.
The restaurant L’Ciamin is an ideal place for gourmets who like to eat in front of an open fireplace. Traditional and modern meals are served here. Expert sommeliers will gladly advise you about which wine goes best with your dish. Due to limited seating, a reservation is suggested. The balcony is the jewel on the crown of the lodge: from here you can enjoy a wonderful view, you should really try it! There is also the possibility to sleep at the lodge.
