We've been coming to Alta Badia for 22 years now, both summer and winter, and we've been frequenting this refuge for at least 10. We can't leave the valley without enjoying the kindness and delicious food offered by the extraordinary owner. This year, we also had the opportunity to appreciate the third generation of our family, growing up and developing in this corner of paradise. Congratulations also for the fresh (edible) flowers picked in the meadows around the refuge that accompany the delicious food. Don't forget to end each meal with excellent grappa, some of which are even homemade. Only 112 days to go until the next stop! See you soon!

Il nostro preferito
Sono ormai 22 anni che siamo presenti in Alta Badia sia in estate che in inverno e almeno 10 che frequentiamo questo rifugio. Non possiamo andare via dalla valle senza aver apprezzato la cortesia ed il buon cibo che ci offre la straordinaria proprietaria. Quest’anno abbiamo potuto apprezzare pure la terza generazione che cresce e si forma in questo angolo di paradiso.
Complimenti anche per i fiori freschi (edibili) raccolti nei prati intorno al rifugio che accompagnano il buon cibo. Da non dimenticare la chiusura di ogni pasto con dell’ottima grappa, alcune anche di produzione propria. Mancano solo 112 giorni al prossimo passaggio! A presto!

No matter the weather, a visit to the Tablà is always worthwhile. The landlady gives you a very warm welcome, lists the delicious daily specials, and sometimes even "Grandpa" joins you at the table. Desserts, cakes, pasta, meat – everything tastes especially delicious. We'll definitely be back in winter!

Leckeres Essen und nette Familie
Egal bei welchem Wetter: ein Besuch auf der Tablà ist immer ein Besuch wert. Von der Wirtin wird man sehr herzlich begrüßt. Sie zählt einem die feinen Tagesgerichte auf und manchmal kommt dann noch der "Opa" an den Tisch.
Dolci, Torten, Pasta , Fleisch - alles schmeckt besonders lecker. Wir kommen im Winter bestimmt wieder vorbei!

Easily accessible from various starting points, both by ski lifts and beautiful walks through green meadows and woods. During the summer holidays, we are enchanted by the view, enjoying delicious traditional dishes, and relaxing with our children, who play carefree in the dedicated children's area. What more could we ask for? To be able to return every year!!

Facilmente raggiungibile da vari punti di partenza, sia con impianti di risalita, che passeggiate bellissime tra verdi prati e boschi. Durante le vacanze estive rimaniamo incantati ad osservare il panorama, gustando buonissimi piatti tipici e trattenendoci nel pieno relax con i nostri bambini, che giocano spensierati nella zona a loro dedicata. Cosa chiedere di più? Poterci ritornare ogni anno!!

I returned again this year with family and friends and we were thrilled with the welcome we received. The lady even provided transportation for our elderly mother and mother-in-law, who were unable to walk. I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you so much, and I hope to return next year!

Non delude mai
Anche quest’anno sono tornato con famiglia ed amici e siamo rimasti entusiasti per l’accoglienza riservataci. La signora ci ha addirittura fornito servizio trasporto per mamma e suocera anziane impossibilitate a camminare, non saprei proprio cosa chiedere di più grazie di cuore e spero di tornare anche l’anno prossimo!

It's my favorite hideaway! The view is incredible, the children's games, the relaxation area, the delicious cuisine, and, last but not least, the incredibly kind and professional staff. The whole area is a bit like this, but I Tablà captures all of this, managing to offer something extra.

È il mio rifugio preferito! Il panorama è incredibile, i giochi per i bimbi, lo spazio per il relax, la cucina prelibata e, non ultima, l’incredibile gentilezza e professionalità del personale. In verità tutta la zona è un po’ così ma I Tablà condensa tutto questo riuscendo a dare qualcosa in più.

Whether stopping early in the morning for a simple coffee or having lunch at Tablà is always a pleasure. For years now, we've been unable to miss this appointment, which makes our holiday special and unforgettable. The refuge is beautiful, in true South Tyrolean style, the view is stunning, the dishes are exquisite, and the hospitality is unsurpassed. We've just returned and the countdown has already begun.

Sia fermarsi a inizio mattina per un semplice caffè che pranzare ai Tablà è sempre una goduria. Da anni ormai non possiamo rinunciare a questo appuntamento, che rende la nostra vacanza speciale ed indimenticabile. Il rifugio è bellissimo, in pieno stile altoatesino, il panorama stupendo, i piatti squisiti e la gentilezza insuperabile. Siamo appena rientrati ed è già iniziato il conto alla rovescia.

We highly recommend the I Tabla mountain hut. It's one of our absolute favorites. Beautiful location, very friendly staff, and delicious food. Insider tip: a 700g beef steak with potato rösti and grilled vegetables at a great price! Simply WOW!

Wir können die Berghütte I Tabla nur empfehlen. Sie gehört zu unseren absoluten Lieblingshütten. Super schöne Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und sehr leckeres Essen. Geheimtipp: ein 700 g Rindersteak mit Kartoffelrösti und Grillgemüse zum super Preis! Einfach nur WOW!

You can't describe the flavors and colors that arrive on your table without trying them yourself. Michela and her husband are attentive to quality and offer tasty new dishes that, combined with the splendid view, leave a lasting impression on your memory. Michela is an excellent hostess who welcomes you with a smile and is happy to stop for a chat at the table. Excellent value for money. A holiday without a stop at I Tablà is a half-holiday!

Non si possono descrivere i sapori e i colori che arrivano in tavola se non li provi di persona. Michela e il marito sono attenti alla qualità e a proporre nuovi gustosi piatti che, uniti allo splendido panorama, si imprimono nella mente.
Michela è una ottima padrona di casa che ti accoglie col sorriso e si ferma volentieri a scambiare due parole al tavolo.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Una vacanza senza una sosta al I Tablà è una vacanza a metà!

I've been coming to this refuge for several years and always find a warm welcome, excellent food, and the lady who serves grappa is always a delight. Once you enter the dining room, you'll be amazed by the view that opens up before you, the marvelous spectacle of the Dolomites. There's also a children's play area and a relaxation area. I hope to return for many years to come.

Frequento questo rifugio da diversi anni e trovo sempre ottima accoglienza, ottima cucina e non manca mai la simpatia della signora con le sue grappe. Se entrate in sala poi resterete a bocca aperta per la vista che vi apparirà di fronte con il meraviglioso spettacolo delle Dolomiti. Non manca l’area giochi per i bimbi e relax. Spero di poterci tornare ancora per tanti anni a venire.

I ate at this refuge twice in March. The welcome was excellent and very friendly, the prices reasonable, and the food delicious. The real highlight is the Kaiserschmarren. Try it, it's truly the best in the entire Badia Valley. I've only been home a few days and I'm already homesick.

Sono stato due volte a marzo a mangiare in questo rifugio, ottima e cordialissima l’accoglienza, prezzi accettabili e cibi squisiti.
Il vero fiore all’occhiello è il kaiserschmarren, cercate di assaggiarlo, è davvero il migliore di tutta la Val Badia. Sono tornato a casa da pochi giorni e già ho nostalgia.
