We got there from San Candido along the CAI path (slightly neglected).
At the pass you can already glimpse the mountain hut downstream in a truly stunning corner.
As soon as we arrived at the mountain hut, we immediately felt a family atmosphere.
The menu offers typical Tyrolean dishes with truly top-notch attention to detail; waiting times are virtually non-existent.
Prices are much more affordable than elsewhere (in the Pusteria Valley prices are slightly higher than in other parts).
There are many mountain bikes in the area, free-grazing animals and lush vegetation, with a stream in the background.
