The Hut is situated at mt. 2215 on Monte Cristallo. It was built in 1956 by Roberto Siorpaes and now still run by his family.
It is reachable by ski lift, on foot, by bike.
In summer from here you can find trails and routes like the via ferrata Dibona, Marino Bianchi, Dipol, Terza Cengia and go for a hike through the Padeon Valley or forcella Zumelles to reach Cortina. It is on the Alta Via n. 9 and 3 and the Cortina Dolomiti Ultra Trekking.
In winter the hut is open for skiing and its slopes are connected with the Faloria ski area.
You can sunbathe all day long and enjoy exceptional sunsets in the marvellous Dolomites.
It offers traditional local and Italian food.
