We rent many apartments that were planed for tourist accommodation. They are all newly built and fully managed by our agency.
The apartments are of different sizes and can accommodate from two to nine people. The interiors are furnished in a rational way and in harmony with the mountain environment. All accommodations dispose of television, washing machine, garage, ski and bike room, garden and several apartments offer two bathrooms.
The apartments are located in the hamlets Fusine, Mareson, Pecol of the village Zoldo Alto in the upper part of valley of Zoldo. To reach the valley drive up the road Mestre – V.Veneto – Belluno - Pian di Vedoia. After a few minutes you will reach Longarone, then turn left and after 27 km you reach Pecol. It is also possible to reach the valley from the north, through the Val Fiorentina, over the pass of Staulanza to get to Pecol quickly.
The cable car of Pecol is the easiest way to start exploring the Civetta ski area. It boasts 80 km of tracks that are part of the Dolomiti Superski, the largest ski resort in the world. Some trails are lit and you can even ski at night.
During the summer the valley of Zoldo offers opportunities to relax and hike or excursions for all tastes.
