The real estate "Al Lumin" was founded in Pecol, in the Val di Zoldo, in 1984. Over the years the agency has been focusing in certain sectors of the real estate world to give customers a high quality service. The agency "Al Lumin" deals with tourist accomodation for weekly and seasonal rent, sales, appraisals and estate administration. Concerning tourist accommodation the estate offers stays in the apartments for a minimum period of 7 days.
There are apartments offering from 2 up to a maximum of 10 beds, all equipped with TV and washing machine. All apartments are located in a quiet and panoramic area, at about 1,400 meters above sea level.

Zoldo valley: an enchanting little valley in the Dolomites of Belluno

In winter the valley of Zoldo is the ideal destination for ski enthusiasts - Zoldo is actually part of the Civetta ski resort, with its 80 km of perfectly groomed slopes, that are connected by modern lifts and offer beautiful and changing scenery. Here you can also ski at night, on two well-lit slopes that end in the village of Pecol. The Civetta ski resort is also the station number 12 of the Dolomiti Superski, a carousel of 1,200 km of trails that crosses and connects the various valleys of the Dolomites, offering breathtaking scenery to the skiers.
