A perfect address for a wonderful holiday. The location is exceptionally beautiful, with magnificent views. Two balconies invite you to relax in blissful tranquility. A natural swimming pond completes the ambiance, creating a truly idyllic setting. Despite the peaceful location, the bus stop is nearby, providing connections to worthwhile excursions or even to the city of Bolzano. The Völzer Weiher lake, which can be reached on foot in about 40 minutes, is highly recommended. The Troger family are wonderful, very helpful, and always friendly and welcoming hosts. They are always ready to assist and offer helpful tips. The apartments are superbly equipped, very clean, and comfortable. You always feel at home and perfectly accommodated here. Our highest recommendation!

Dreamlike swimming pond

A charming holiday apartment on a beautiful property. We were particularly taken with the swimming pond. The hosts were welcoming and always ready to answer questions, offering tips for hikes and places to eat within walking distance. It was fantastic that we could arrive without a car and reach all our starting points by bus. We will definitely recommend this accommodation. A truly wonderful holiday with the Troger family.

A wonderful resort in St. Konstantin, located between Seis and Völs.

We spent wonderful, relaxing days at Residence Clara. Our apartment was spacious and very well-equipped. Two balconies invite you to sit comfortably or sunbathe. If you want to gaze out over the mountains and valleys or simply relax in a lounger and read, there's a sun and shade terrace next to the beautifully landscaped natural pond. The pond is perfect for cooling off. The Troger family has created an ecological area there that invites you to look around, observe, and dream. The nearest farms, private houses, and roads are so far away that there is virtually no disturbance. The Troger family is very open, warm, and welcoming, and they're happy to give tips for excursions and hikes. We felt completely at ease. Oh yes, and they have fresh, delicious rolls available to order in the mornings. The Schlern spring water comes straight from the mountain, chilled, and tastes absolutely amazing! A perfect place for people seeking relaxation and peace and wanting to leave their everyday lives behind.

Family ski holiday

Residence Clara is distinguished by its special location and amenities. After being warmly welcomed by our hostesses Jutta and her mother, we moved into our apartment. These are on the 1st floor with a great view of the Schlern and the Santner Spitze. There is a swimming pond below the house. From St. Konstantin you can reach the cable car to the Seiser Alm in just under 5 minutes. We had a wonderful holiday in a comfortably furnished and well-equipped apartment. We lacked nothing. We would come back anytime.

New Year’s Week

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The location was very quiet and relaxing. The apartment we rented was very well-appointed and well-equipped. Very clean. The property is located in a quiet location below the church of San Costantino. Convenient for both Susi (and the ski lifts) and Fiè. Highly recommended.

Relaxing holiday with a feel-good factor

We visited the Troger family in October 2018. From the very first moment, we felt very comfortable. We received a very warm welcome and were provided with all the necessary information about the area. We were particularly impressed by the hospitality and the cleanliness of the superbly equipped holiday apartment. The garden is beautifully landscaped and offers various other places to relax, in addition to a trampoline and a swimming pond. The surrounding area offers excellent opportunities for both experienced and less experienced hikers. Thank you so much for this wonderful, relaxing holiday. We will definitely be back.

A truly unique holiday

There are so many beautiful places in the world that our rule is usually to never visit the same place twice. But after spending our two-week summer vacation at Residence Clara last year, we threw all our principles overboard and spent our annual holiday here again this summer. The residence is in a wonderfully peaceful location with an incredible view of the Schlern massif, and the apartments are very comfortable. The beautifully landscaped garden is perfect for relaxing, and we cooled off in the natural swimming pond after many a hike. Our son had a blast on the trampoline. What makes the vacation so special, besides all the amenities of the residence, is the incredible warmth and hospitality of the Troger family! You feel truly welcome and valued as a guest! And because the stunning surrounding area offers endless opportunities for beautiful hikes, we feel so at home here, and the relaxation factor is so high, we'll be back again next year!

Pure relaxation

Pure relaxation… I've been coming here on and off for 35 years now. First with my parents, now with my own family. The apartment has everything you need and is in great condition. We enjoy the absolute peace and quiet and know that we'll always receive a warm welcome. You're going on holiday, but it feels like coming home. We're looking forward to next October and are already counting down the weeks…

Relaxing holiday

We've taken many different kinds of holidays, but this one at Residence Clara ranks at the very top in terms of comfort. Beautiful living room

We stayed at Residence Clara for three days in early March 2017. We had a wonderful time; the apartment was exactly as described: clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The owners were truly kind and helpful. The property is just a few minutes' drive from the Alpe di Siusi cable car and about 20 minutes from Ortisei. We highly recommend this property, both for the owners' friendliness and kindness and for its strategic location for easy access.

We always enjoy coming back

You are welcomed very warmly and in a family-like atmosphere. Secluded location, perfect for relaxation and offers a beautiful view of the Schlern mountain. There are great hiking trails and the apartments are well-equipped. There are many good restaurants in the immediate vicinity and plenty to do.
