Optimal

The facility is very well-maintained and offers a children's area with a trampoline, swing, ping pong, and table football, as well as a beautiful swimming pool for everyone. The apartment we were assigned was on two floors with large bedrooms and a very comfortable living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a pleasant, livable terrace. The rooms and furnishings felt new, and when we arrived, everything was very clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find board games in the apartment to entertain the whole family. A common area with a laundry room complete with washing machine and dryer is also available for guests. The Merlhof offers a very peaceful atmosphere and is located just steps from the village of Fiè, a great starting point for hikes. About 4 km away are the Fiè lakes, with a swimming lake and forest trails leading to beautiful mountain pastures. There's also a castle near the village. The cable car to Alpe di Siusi and the village of Castelrotto are just a ten-minute drive away, and Ortisei is about half an hour away. The location was very convenient for us. The only small flaw was the Wi-Fi which didn't work.

Enchanting place

The house is centrally located, and the indoor and outdoor spaces are well-maintained. It's a pleasure to return from walks and linger in the garden or by the pool. The jams and honey are excellent.

Spacious, new and well-kept apartments

Our family of five stayed at the Merlhof in December 2018. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. The apartments are spacious. The location is spectacular, at the foot of the Sciliar mountain and just a stone's throw from the center of the charming village of Fiè. The bus stop is 40 meters away. The ideal location for those who want to reach the Alpe di Siusi for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, and sledding. We recommend it.
