The comfortable and well furnished apartments Obexer are at your disposal all year and are ideal for 2/6 persons. The flats are situated close to the ski lifts (working in summer and winter), restaurants, shops, ski rentals, bank and ski school. The Alpe di Siusi is a marvelous place to be discovered by skiing or hiking.
Refreshing change and a high recreational value determine the summer experience at the foot of the Schlern. In summer, the area offers possibilities for hiking, rock climbing, swimming, cycling, golfing, paragliding and horse riding. In winter, the sunny and sheltered slopes in the stunning scenery make the Seiser Alm an incomparable ski resort in the Alps.

Great location and price

The apartments are located right near the start of the baby slopes, an excellent access point for both expert skiers and beginners. Given this and the beauty of the location, they would be highly recommended. Furthermore, the price was fair and Mr. Paul's welcome was warm. Our apartment and the building in general could use a refresh. The furniture is generally a bit dated, but the bathroom, for example, is brand new and the sofa bed is very comfortable. Overall, a place that could be exceptional with a few changes, but it's already very good.

Highly recommended

Fantastic location in the center and at the same time a starting point for countless wonderful walks in the Alps... basic and super spacious apartment, well-equipped with two balconies with deckchairs. We stayed with our dogs, who were welcomed. The kitchen was well-equipped and the rooms were spotless. Recommended!

Alpe di Siusi, a certainty!

This is my fourth time in Alpe di Siusi, and my first time in these apartments. They're very comfortable, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. I had a great time with my family, and I was even able to bring my cat along. For me, this is the pinnacle of the Alps: limited traffic, efficient facilities, and lots of people strolling in a healthy, pristine environment. I'll definitely be back. I thank the Obexer family for the kindness and hospitality they've shown me. See you soon!

July holidays for couples

No apartment is more convenient than those in the Obexer center, close to the bus stop, the grocery store, and the few shops and bars in Alpe. Dogs are welcome. The apartment is comfortable. It's a shame you have to bring your own sheets and towels, as the owner doesn't provide them, and there's no Wi-Fi.
