A nest in paradise

I've known this property for many years. Meticulous attention to detail (including beautiful fresh flowers despite the winter season) is evident in the peaceful, panoramic location, yet convenient to both the town center and the slopes. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The bistro, where you can dine, is a great idea, offering simple yet carefully prepared and delicious dishes. Highly recommended!

A great winter holiday

We were there with the whole family and had three rooms of different categories. Even the booking process was very pleasant and straightforward. We received a warm welcome at the hotel; the entire building exudes a wonderful, traditional warmth and is simply perfect for a ski holiday. The staff was incredibly friendly, the breakfast was fantastic, and the bar/restaurant was a cozy place to relax. The dinner menu was much more extensive than mentioned in the hotel description; you could easily eat dinner there every day and there was a great selection! We felt very comfortable!

House Ai Pini

Beautiful structure

We stayed at this property over Christmas and I have to say it's exceptional in every way. The owners are incredibly kind, the breakfast is super generous, and the location is excellent, close to all the towns where the Christmas markets are held, and you can even go to Innsbruck. Everything was perfect.

A superlative three days

We spent three wonderful days, pampered and spoiled. Very kind and helpful staff. We tried the food every night and it was good: even though it's not a real restaurant, the attention to the dishes is always great and the quality is good. The relaxation area and spa are really beautiful, clean and well-furnished. Clean and tidy rooms just as we imagined. In short, we really lacked nothing, and it was a real pleasure to be their guests. I can't wait to go back.

A beautiful holiday

I stayed five days at this property, which I was already familiar with, and as usual, I was greeted with kindness and extreme warmth. I occupied a double room with a balcony and a view of Lavarella. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a lovely, spacious bathroom with a shower. Breakfast was plentiful, with both sweet and savory options, including fresh yogurt and cereal, fruit juices, and more. This bed and breakfast was recently renovated, but it has retained its mountain-style character, with its wooden furnishings and the various objects and ornaments displayed on the walls. This is something I greatly appreciated, as many mountain properties are recently undergoing ultra-modern renovations that detract from their beauty and authenticity. Special thanks to Mrs. Vittur, who went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable, and to Mrs. Maria, who was friendly and very kind.

Great welcome!

I stayed in this property for a week in an apartment. Although small, it's fully equipped; the balcony is a must-have in the summer, and there's a table with two chairs, deckchairs, and a retractable clothesline—very convenient after all that hiking. :) The relaxation area, with its glass window overlooking the pine forest, is very pleasant. The owner is extremely kind, as are all the staff I met. The cleanliness is top notch.

Excellent B&B with full services

I stayed at this property for six days at the end of January and was very pleased with my choice. The single room was a more than adequate size for someone like me traveling alone; it was clean and warm. The breakfast was absolutely exceptional, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options. The idea of offering small dinners in the evening was also excellent, perfect if you've overeaten at lunch at the refuge. If I could offer one suggestion, I'd suggest expanding the menu a bit, perhaps adding a few pasta dishes. The wellness center with sauna and Turkish bath is lovely; I particularly enjoyed the relaxation area overlooking the forest. The shuttle service to the ski lifts is essential, given their distance, which is not within walking distance; it wouldn't hurt to extend it to Saturdays and Sundays as well. A garage is also available for those who prefer.

We felt completely at ease here!

We were very pleasantly surprised by this accommodation and the hostess! Very nice atmosphere and very friendly and hardworking staff. Everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast buffet. Beautiful spa area. Large, comfortable double room. The location is also a plus; both the ski lift and the cross-country ski track are just a few minutes away by car/bus or shuttle service. We will definitely come back here again.

Christmas 2016

We stayed four days in this lovely and convenient property, both for skiing and hiking. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. Regarding our apartment, I'd just like to point out that the windows didn't seal well, but this was compensated by the generous heating (despite the windows, we had to turn off one radiator). In any case, better warm than cold! It's also worth noting that the property accepts pets, for a surcharge. In any case, we recommend this property for its value.

Wonderful week

I've been dreaming of staying in this wonderful property for a few years, but unfortunately I've never found a room available at the time I needed. This year, we made it, and our wait was truly rewarded, starting with the professionalism of the reception staff. All the furnishings are carefully chosen and tastefully furnished, the cleanliness is exceptional, and the entire staff is very friendly. The breakfast room is elegant and truly a plus for the breakfast itself, with attention to every detail, excellent in both quality and quantity. The breakfast staff is friendly and very helpful. I stayed in the apartment and I must say I really enjoyed it. I've also seen the rooms, and they are very large and beautiful. If I had to find one thing that could be improved, I think it would be the lighting in the living area. For everything else, congratulations, and we will definitely be back. Thank you.
